Established in 1991 and located in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, Sebcon Contracting Services provides specialist labour management solutions, offering our clients in the industry sector flexible services for staff recruitment and on-site management, including personnel transport, payroll management, and even welder training and coding. For over two decades, we have built a strong relationship with our primary client, Howden Power, which is founded on a deep understanding of their needs in a constantly changing environment as well as our ethical principles that form the cornerstone of our operations.

We are more than your typical labour brokers. What we offer is a comprehensive service solution provided by knowledgeable staff with many years of experience. Not only do we source the right personnel for our clients’ needs, but we also outfit them with the required basic PPE and ensure that all medical induction and permit requirements are met – ultimately resulting in a stronger workforce.

Our operations team consists of a full complement of professionals, including an Operations Manager, Transport Manager, Quality Inspectors, Training Personnel, Site Representatives and Drivers, allowing us to keep our fingers on the pulse of what’s happening at each site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
